The Club Council is pleased to announce that Kevin F. Reilly, J.D., CPA, CGMA, has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant, working through Reilly Consulting LLC. Kevin brings more than 40 years of experience in public accounting and hospitality consulting, with a distinguished focus on private clubs across the United States.
Prior to establishing Reilly Consulting LLC, Kevin was a partner at PBMares, LLP, where he led the national hospitality practice, providing tax, assurance, and consulting services to clubs and hotels. Throughout his career, he has advised clubs on strategic financial planning, board governance, executive compensation, and capital funding strategies, helping them navigate complex financial and operational challenges.
Kevin has also served as an arbitrator and expert witness in disputes between developers and club members, and he regularly advises boards and members on resolving governance and financial matters. His expertise extends to executive placement, including evaluating financial statements to inform recruitment decisions, designing senior management benefit plans, and guiding clubs in making the most of reserves and investment strategies.
A recognized leader in the industry, Kevin has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, including CMAA, NCA, and HFTP events. He is a contributing author to publications such as The Legal Reference Guide for Private Clubs and CMAA’s Club Management Operations. He has received the Excellence in Achievement Award from BoardRoom Magazine ten times and was honored with their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.
At The Club Council, Kevin collaborates with firm partners to provide advanced consulting services, including financial reviews, board retreats, capital funding guidance, and litigation support. His addition strengthens The Club Council’s ability to deliver comprehensive solutions that help private clubs achieve strategic objectives, maintain financial health, and enhance governance practices.
