Kevin Reilly is a leading expert in club taxation and financial consulting, with more than 40 years of experience in public accounting and hospitality consulting. He was a partner at PBMares, LLP, where he led the national hospitality practice, providing tax, assurance, and consulting services to clubs and hotels. He has served as an arbitrator and expert witness in disputes involving club developers and members and advises boards and members on complex financial and governance matters.
Kevin has been a speaker at industry conferences, including CMAA, NCA, and HFTP events, and is a contributing author to publications such as The Legal Reference Guide for Private Clubs and CMAA’s Club Management Operations. He has received the Excellence in Achievement Award from BoardRoom Magazine ten times and was honored with their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.
At The Club Council, Kevin provides guidance on financial strategy, board governance, and operational planning, while also leading the identification and assessment of candidates for finance-centric executive searches, helping clubs navigate complex challenges and achieve long-term success.
