Denise has more than 35 years of corporate governance experience working with public, private, nonprofit, and private club boards. She served six years on the Board of Directors of Kenwood Country Club in Cincinnati, OH, including two years as Board President. Following a distinguished corporate career, she founded Governance Solutions Group, where she advises boards on governance best practices, facilitates annual board performance assessments, and helps directors strengthen the policies, practices, and protocols that enable boards to govern more effectively.
