Dale Bloom joins The Club Council as a client-focused professional with extensive experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex operations, and delivering high-touch service within private club environments.
Dale has held senior leadership roles in membership development, communications, and operations, as well as Assistant General Manager positions at prestigious clubs including Bryn Mawr Country Club, The Union League Club of Chicago, and Exmoor Country Club. She is known for her strong operational leadership, thoughtful relationship management, and ability to deliver seamless, well-executed experiences in fast-paced, detail-driven settings.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing a solid foundation in service delivery, business operations, and client engagement.
In her spare time, Dale enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband—who also works in the private club industry—and their two daughters.
