Brad brings over fifteen years of professional experience rooted in high-performance culinary environments, including four years as Sous Chef at The Fortnightly Club in Chicago and nearly a decade as Pastry Chef at Alliance Bakery in Chicago.
At The Club Council, he serves as a key operational resource, supporting the firm’s client engagements through detailed coordination, project management, and execution. Brad is responsible for organizing workflows, managing client deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on track across multiple service areas.
