For more than two decades, Allison built a distinguished career in private clubs across the country, including leadership roles at Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest, Illinois, Chevy Chase Club in Maryland, and seventeen years as General Manager of The Fortnightly of Chicago. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) since 2008 and a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) since 2017, she brings both expertise and integrity to every client engagement.
Allison graduated with honors from Purdue University’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, specializing in Accounting and Finance Systems. She previously served on advisory boards for the hospitality programs at Purdue and DePaul Universities, helping shape the next generation of club leaders.
As Managing Director, Allison works closely with firm partners on strategic planning, board retreats, and governance initiatives – bringing modern thinking and thoughtful structure to clubs while honoring their distinct histories and cultures.
