Alison brings over two decades of experience across the private club and resort, private equity, and executive recruitment industries. Spending the past 15 years in private club recruitment and prior to joining The Club Council, she was a Senior Executive Search Consultant at a full-service retained executive search and management consulting firm, providing oversight to search projects placing C-suite executives including COO, CEO, CFO, General Manager, and Managing Director. Her expertise extends to senior and mid-management roles such as Assistant General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef.
Throughout her career, Alison has held key leadership positions in nationally recognized organizations. As Hospitality Division Manager for Bridgewater Associates-one of the world’s largest investment management firms-she played a pivotal role introducing revitalized hospitality services across four campuses. She also served as General Manager for IMI Club NYC, an exclusive private club for a luxury real estate sales and marketing firm and its partners in Midtown Manhattan. Her earlier tenure at the renowned Boca Raton Resort and Club included roles as Director of Special Events, Sommelier, and Member Ambassador Lead at the iconic five-star, five-diamond property.
Alison earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University.
