Fall Line – Human Resource Director

The Opportunity

Fall Line is being created to be a world class destination golf and sportsman’s club located 2 hours south of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.  Fall Line has one 14,000 square foot residential property built by the previous owner that is currently being renovated and will be ready for use in stages beginning in October 2023. The founders envision a highly selective membership of approximately 100 individuals. Fall Line will serve as a retreat for these members, their families and guests (accompanied and unaccompanied) complete with accommodations, food and beverage and sporting pursuits. The hospitality for Fall Line will begin with the arrival of guests into the local Butler County Airport and continue throughout their stay. Accommodations on site will feature overnight cottages and guest suites. Fall Line currently has 36 holes of golf under design by the Australian golf architecture firm of Ogilvie, Cocking and Mead (OCM) and will include an 12-hole short course and a “Himalayas” style putting complex as well as ample practice facilities and instructional areas. The courses will combine elements of English heathland courses with the Australian sand belt architecture brought to the region by Alister McKenzie. Over 50 acres of lakes (both natural and manmade), will be integrated into the design of the golf courses and to Club activities. Hunting and gun sports will feature prominently into Fall Line’s member/guest experiences. Those experiences will begin with a world class clay bird shooting facility that will be built in the next several months. Fall Line will also host guided hunts during hunting season. Guided hunts will focus on quail, deer, and turkey in season. Wild hog hunts will be offered year-round.
